What will happen if I cancel my membership?

Pro members who cancel their memberships after the first year will still be able to use the iQ Vet for live scanning as a Basic member. They will retain access to saved studies, but will not be able to save new studies, and will lose access to features that are only available to Pro members.

Which devices are compatible with iQ Vet?

Butterfly iQ Vet is only compatible with iOS devices. Review the list of compatible Apple iOS devices.

Is there a difference between the USB-C and Lightning version of iQ Vet?

Butterfly iQ Vet is available in either a Lightning or USB-C connector designed to connect to your mobile device. There is no difference between the two other than the connector type. Select the connector that is compatible with the mobile device you want to use.

Which countries is iQ Vet available in?

Butterfly iQ Vet is currently available in the USA only. Our goal is to become available everywhere medical imaging is needed - follow Butterfly Network (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to be the first to know when we expand our veterinary footprint!

Am I eligible to purchase iQ Vet?

Anyone purchasing a Butterfly iQ Vet must be able to make the following attestation: I am a veterinarian or other veterinary practitioner in good standing and licensed by the law of the State in which I practice to use or order the use of the device. Or, I am purchasing the device pursuant to a valid prescription or order from such a veterinarian or veterinary practitioner for animal use in professional practice as authorized by law.
